(Brandenburg an der Havel, 30th March, 2011) After the purchase of EXMATEC GmbH in Rheinland Pfalz, Germany, in August 2010 the AUTEV AG in Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany, has successfully expanded its business with special purpose machines for molding applications. The company has just delivered a machine with a market value of between EUR 120.000 and EUR 250.000 to Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Limited in Auckland, New Zealand, one of the leading companies worldwide in the area of medical technology. Besides other clients AUTEV expects to deliver two more machines to erenay plastic in Turkey by June 2011, which has already announced the order for two more machines for delivery in 2011. The company produces plastic components as well as casting moulds for the textile industry, with its prime customer base being the African market.

With 35 years of experience of the former EXMATEC GmbH in building plastic machines, the business area of industry technology of AUTEV AG will be significantly enhanced. The open engine frame of their products, which is unique in the world, provides an extreme amount of flexibility in the sizing of the casting parts. Horizontal transfer of materials and carriers allows their integration in existing transfer systems and thereby simplifies the automation of the complete system.
