Injection molding machines

AUTEV is specialised in the assembly of injection moulding machines. We develop and produce machines with integrated automation technology to injection-mould around inserts and multi-component parts, or so-called insert moulding.

Our machines use mainly hot runner moulds. Semi-hot and cold runner moulds are available upon request. By an intelligent laying of the sprues different cavities (e.g. plug and spout) can be realised in one tool only. On demand, needle valve nozzles can be attached to the tools and cascade control added to the machine. Multi-component systems including the corresponding automation of loading and unloading processes can be implemented in any desired configuration.

The systems are energy and cost-optimised. As a result of detailed process knowledge which is based on a wide range of experience with our products, the processes can be precisely represented resulting in comparatively low clamping forces of 25 to 100 tons and low heat outputs. Therefore, the power consumption of the hydraulic system and heater decreases and process and piece costs remain low. The investments for machines with a comparatively low clamping force are equally low.
