History

AUTEV AG was founded in 2001. Under the leadership of Uwe Maiberg, several companies combined together to achieve a stronger basis and market presence. In addition to pooling their own services, a further objective was to develop large-scale projects in the fields of industrial and building services technology, plant manufacturing and environmental technology, both in Germany and abroad. 

The company has been continually strengthened by sales experts and engineers on the Management Board and at the operative level, and is increasingly focussing on innovative and high-yield business fields in the industrial and environmental technology sectors. Since 2008, AUTEV has also been developing its own products. For example, in 2008 considerable financial capital was invested in the successful in-house development of an LED street light and the lighting technology business division was established.
