AUTEV is often approached by customers wishing to develop and build machines for the periphery of the actual activity. For this we are able to offer machines that do not directly deal with injection moulding but can be found in our customers’ world:

• Crimping machines for bridge plugs of white goods
• Single checking devices for patch cords
• Automatic assembly machines (rotary indexing table systems)

Furthermore, we offer special customisations of our machines, such as for application in cleanrooms, for the use of people with disabilities or other special cases.

Accessories

On the basis of our exceptional experience of more than 30 years of insert moulding and the fabrication of connector plugs we are able to offer a wide range of accessories:

• Monitoring of the hot runner system
• Materials handling (For the resin feeding to the feed hopper vacuum feed units with or without hot air drying can be offered. The conveyor capability is adjusted to the plasticising capacity of the injection moulding machine.)
• Water recooling (For the cooling of the plastification unit and the hydraulic system cooling water with a flow temperature of 20°C is needed. For this task we recommend a so called water recooling device which works as a closed circuit so that no cooling water gets lost. Another advantage is the unchanging flow temperature.)
• Conveyor belts (Conveyor belts are employed for carrying long cables. The transport takes place step-by-step with the carrier system of the injection moulding machine. The design and arrangement of the conveyor belts is done together with the customer.)
